A principal manufacturer in the Chinese market Vicot Air Conditioning is one of the major players in the Chinese air conditioning industry. We specialize in central air conditioning products. Our 200,000-square-meter factory is manned by 1,000 employees, made up of 800 skilled workers, 18 senior engineers, five PhD and Master's degree holders, 40 R&D engineers and 55 technicians that work together to guarantee product quality.
Well-equipped to do our job
We have 12 assembly lines, 2 condenser and evaporator production lines, 1 painting line, and several large equipment such as vertical tube expanders, CNC guillotine shears (shearing machine), CNC tube bending machines and many auxiliary apparatus, laboratories and online testing rooms. We use all of these to achieve quality control of our production process and produce high-quality products.
A new approach to QC
Unlike many, we decided to take a whole new approach to QC. We set up a system where workers check their products and then sign their names on a QC report. Following this, workers will check each other's work at each following stage of the production process. All this comes before the final check carried out by our specialist QC team.
